Rhythmic gymnastic is a demanding sport for gymnasts , they need to be a flexible, manipulate several equipments and they have to have artistic skills.

Gymnasts need to be flexible because in a competition if the gymnast doesn’t have flexibility and balance he lose points. They must train regularly !

In addition to the flexibility gymnasts must manipulate several equipments like a rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.
To win a competition the gymnasts have to have artistic skills also. they need call attention the jurors for the set of the presentation.

If you want to be gymnast do you have to train everyday for develop balance ,flexibility and to learn manipulate several equipments because this sport requires this skills of you.
